{"id":1299,"date":"2021-01-18T19:28:03","date_gmt":"2021-01-18T19:28:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/esp.gourmica.it\/?p=1299"},"modified":"2021-05-28T16:41:03","modified_gmt":"2021-05-28T15:41:03","slug":"meatballs-in-tomato-sauce-with-mozzarella","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gourmica.es\/meatballs-in-tomato-sauce-with-mozzarella\/","title":{"rendered":"Meatballs in tomato sauce with mozzarella"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>SERVES:<\/strong> 6<br><strong>COOKING TIME<\/strong>: 1 hour<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>400g minced beef <br>1 teaspoon of sea salt <br>1 onion <br>1 clove of garlic <br>1 egg <br>3 tablespoons breadcrumbs <br>2 tablespoons milk or water <br>2 sprigs of flat-leaf parsley <br><strong>COPPOLA Extra Virgin Olive Oil <\/strong><br>2 x 350g jar of <strong>COPPOLA Napoletana Sauce <\/strong><br>1 ball of mozzarella <br>Sourdough bread, to serve<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Method<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Stir the meat with sea salt. Finely chop the onions and the garlic. Stir in onion, garlic, egg, breadcrumbs and the milk \/ water in. Let it rest for 30 min. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Wash and chop the parsley and add it to the meat. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Shape the meat into small meatballs and fry them crisp in the extra virgin olive oil. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Heat the tomato sauce in a pan and add the meatballs.
